With a Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Logistics Management, Kushaba has leveraged her skills to create a supportive community for individuals affected by lymphedema, Passionate about advocacy and awareness, is dedicated to empowering warriors to take control of their health and wellbeing. Through the Association, Kushaba aims to provide resources, education, and support to those impacted by this condition, fostering a network of strength and resilience. Lawin has had lymphedema since 2013 in her right leg.

Kabagambe Monica Asiimwe is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in counseling and development studies. Holding a Higher Diploma in Counseling from Mildmay Institute of Health Sciences, Uganda, and a Bachelor of Arts in Democracy and Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi,and currently serving as Administrative Coordinator at Mulago National Referral Hospital - Anesthesia/Surgery Collaborations since 2011,with a proven track record of success in administrative duties.
